Team Ministry
Logos Dei is being anchored by a team of friends, Sam Hestorff, Nancy Burke and Shana Horton.
Each has extensive ministry experience in a variety of settings. This valued experience has uniquelly equipped them for leading Logos Dei Community Church. Each understands the other's giftedness, strengths and weaknesses. They genuinely complete each other: where one person is weak, another is strong. It is the complementary relationship that allows them to take a unique and fresh approach to team leadership.
They work together, providing balance and unity at the leadership level, operating with a perspective of unity that was so important to Christ (John 17:20-23), was modeled in the first-century church (Acts 15:25) and is a theological pillar of the faith (Ephesians 4:1-6) We believe that this model of community and team approach is most effective in a changing culture.
