About MOPS Meetings
MOPS meetings are for moms of preschool aged children (birth through kindergarten) to come together and share the joys and struggles of this exciting and rewarding time in their lives. We usually have a guest speaker or a creative activity and great topical discussions on subjects that are relevant to this critical stage of mothering.
MOPS meetings are a place where moms take a break from their mothering responsibilities and receive encouragement as they are equipped to become better moms and leaders. During meetings, quality childcare is provided in the YMCA’s nursery for Facility Members.
When & Where
MOPS meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month(September through May) from 9:30-11:30am at the
Interbay-Glover Family YMCA.

Join MOPS
There is an annual fee of $40 for existing YMCA members to join the YMCA MOPS group. Non-YMCA members may speak with a MOPS or YMCA representative for various membership benefits and options.

Any mom, regardless of YMCA member status may attend 2 MOPS meetings for free (including free childcare in the nursery during the meeting), with no obligation to join.
